Though not traditional, pretty much all of Rhem 1 and 2 (haven't played 3 yet) is a maze.
The best/hardest maze I ever came across was the last bit of Entombed Enhanced. It was spread over 3 levels.
Myst has a maze as well.

Death gate (I have not played that game in ages, so I might be mixing it up with some other game that I played at that time (and with ages, I mean I played it back in 97-9
)
Secreft of the lost cavern has a cave maze early on, don't know if that counts

Mazes were a classic element in text adventures (Mystery House, Hollywood Hijinx...). I remember having to map a lot of them, in some cases the locations were all the same and you had to drop an object in each of them to be able to distinguish them >

The tower of Schizm 2 works like a maze in 3d, unconventional but annoying nevertheless  >

Champions of Xanth has one, but there's the automap

(It sure felt like one to me, anyway...

The Legend of Kyrandia is infamous for its maze.

You can't kill someone in a studio.

I'm not sure the path through the woods that Holmes has to go back and forwards to put out a fire qualifies as a 'Maze' exactly, or were you referring to something else?

I sudder in horror to remember a game which had a maze that turned you upside down. I have a mental block recalling the name of the game.

Gee, well..- if you do it without any help, it most definitely feels like a maze.  Why not a maze? It as all the elements of one, as far as I'm concerned..  I had to redo this one many times, and only got it right when I plotted the necessary course on a piece of paper.

Maybe you just have a better directional memory than I have....   [smiley=whistle.gif]

Is it Atlantis 2?

Arthur: The Quest for Excalibur has a nice variation, all the locations are the same and you have no objects to drop
Spoiler AlertYou have to scratch the ground to be able to distinguish them

Even if it doesn't, Still Life had the sewer maze, which was thankfully very easy.

Tales of Monkey Island had about four forest mazes. Though they were more of a regular puzzle most of the time. Only one had you remembering a path.

Machinarium had a maze which was also an action sequence. It made for such a boring puzzle, right near the end of the game.
