Status : Offline | that suggeston is useful if you have already gotten the past download, past as in up until Wednesday. They are making an new installer and here is Chogon's advise, he is the Technical lead at Cyan:
If you have already got the previous installer and have completely downloaded the game already then you don't need the new installer.
The new installer will have most of the client data in it (it is about 1.2 GB). So, if you have not previously downloaded the installer *or* you have not completed the download of the game using UruLauncher.exe (and you still have hours left) then you will want to get the new installer.
