Deleted Useri saw the original movie in japanese. when i bought the cd, there's a note to it saying: not advisable to watch by pregnant woman and with heart failure.

I remembered when i was in college, my friends and i start watching the movie at 2 am. that was a real thrill.
it does have a couple of series. until 6 or 7...i cant remember. it was a long time ago.

its really great to know that now its being remade into an english version.  i gues the japanese movie is more scarier than the english one. buy one...it'll haunt you in the shower.MUAAHHaahAhAhaHaHaHA

I thought they only went up to 3 films? (Ring 1 , 2 and zero)...I could be wrong.

The first two are good (though the second one gets REALLY weird...or it could have been the fact I was watching it at about 3am).

Haven't seen the third yet.

I look forward to comparing the new version with the old when it's released in the UK.

I agree that it is pretty creepy in parts.  For fans of the genre, worth the price of a ticket!
