I'm just popping in to your thread to suggest that, if you haven't already, you also take a look at GameDev.net - as I recall, its forum has a Help Wanted section intended for both project -seekers and -offerers.  I don't know what it's like, not having used the Help Wanted section myself, I don't think, but it might be worth taking a look at. ^_^
