No. You probably shouldn't think about her powers much. As I said it is not addressed in the game and may only look like it's a power when it's something else.

Status : Online | Yes. Emily Ketch, who in some versions of the game 'teleports' instead of moving normally.
It is hinted that
Spoiler Alertshe died because she got locked in the chest playing hide and seek and no one could find her.
And it was confirmed (by Steve Ince I think) that she is dead.
I thought of using the cat from the same location, but it is more obscure and not as interesting.
