Sorry for the long absence from the forums. I have no excuse to offer, really, and returned for this bit of shameless self-promotion (for which I also have no excuse). But, just to keep you updated on things ...

On August 30, I will begin my freshman year of undergraduate studies at New York University, specifically the Gallatin school, studying journalism and education. I am hoping to further my creative writing while I am there, as well as seek out any opportunities for tap/jazz dancing that are available. You might catch me on the Boston auditions episode early on the fall season of "So You Think You Can Dance." I'm the really tall tap dancer, if they show me (which I think they might).

I'll be keeping a blog of my adventures in the world's greatest city for the next four years - check it out if you are interested! Spread the word! Networking helps! Tall Man in the Big City: tallmanbigcity.blogspot.com

As for JA, I'll still be writing and reviewing! I already have some things lined up for the fall ... so no worries, I'll still be here. Any chance to write is a good one. . . .

All my best wishes to you, Ryan, as you begin this new phase of your life.  I loved my college years and hope you will, too.

Wow. You are tall.

But tell me, is the Pink Panther movie you like the one with Peter Sellers or the one with Steve Martin?

Answer carefully, for the wrong answer might cause some adjustments in my regard for you ... :

Yes, be very careful on this one Ryan. I have a feelings it will greatly influence more than just Revliskci's opinion of you.

BTW, congrats!

Oh, and in reading your blog, you seem to learn your lesson's much earlier than normal folks. It's usually not until your mid to late 20's that you realize mom is always right.
