This blonde g'ma can only work a slider puzzle
if the pieces will pop out and back in

I'm stuck on "Mysterious Worlds: The Secret of Oak Island"
the slider puzzle of Captain Kidd.
It's a 3x3 {9 squares with 8 puzzle pieces},
the empty slot isn't constant.
Unfortunately no skips in this particular game,
or believe me I would have already done that
Is there a Solution For The Simple Idiot guide anywhere?

There's an article on sliders in this site http://www.justadventure.com/articles/Slider/Slider.shtm
They're very easy to solve once you know the trick

Thanks supereddy,
I have gone to this one many times,
and it simply did not compute.
Will have to once again re-visit it
to see if clicks this time.

That's a good example.  I kind of like slider puzzles and I use that system. I rotate the pieces into place like he did using a counter clock-wise 4 block rotation.  On the bottom row I put them in backwards order and rotate them in.
