Status : Online		Hi everyone,

I've been playing The Lost Crown lately and I ran into the infamous walkie-talkie glitch (I didn't know about it beforehand).  Unfortunately, I didn't play things safe this time and make multiple saves, so now I'm stuck in a part where it's actually impossible to progress.

I asked a friend who is also playing whether he had any saved games, but they're all well beyond the point I'm up to.  I'm specifically looking for a save from Day Three, as close to the Nightmare Room as possible, without having actually completed it.  Is there some kind of saved game repository on the Internet, or would anyone be able to lend me one?

I hate coming in here and begging for things, especially since I haven't been here in a while, but I've run out of options.

Any replies would be appreciated.  Cheers.

I assume that you have the US version of the game. Jonathon put out a patch for exactly the issue you are having. You can find it here... http://www.darklingroom.co.uk/thelostcrown/lostcrowntechhelp.htm
The very first support question has a link to the download. This patch is not needed for the UK release.

Status : Online		I think I installed this patch (the webpage looked a little different, but it was still the official site).  However, I think the patch only prevents this glitch from happening, and doesn't rectify it if it's already happened.  Can anyone confirm that?
