Spoiler Alertif I recall correctly, you have to take a picture of one last thing or finish some task until the end... for me it was the window, especifically the finger prints... just try searching everything once more to see if you failed to see something
Playing: Skyrim (ongoing)
Last Finished: can't recall, been too long.

| Deleted User | If you're referring to this:
Spoiler AlertRight click the list taken from desk in inventory.
Pull back and then take picture of list of people renting the room.
Policeman: Exit the room. Talk to the policeman again about the evidences.
Exit through the door at left.
Then I agree that it wasn't something that seemed like the obvious thing to do.

I did also have trouble with this.
Spoiler AlertYou did remember to the puzzle where you got the cross on the floor, then take the board with the numbers on, then take a photo of this? You did remember to take plastic sleeves and to put the plank found in this puzzle in a plastic sleeve
I needed to read the walkthrough at gameboomers very closely; I've found out that I did indeed forget to do something... The person writing this walkthrough (and many more) for gameboomers is a very good walkthrough writer that covers anything you'd do in the game. And I do mean anything...

hey! dont give up... when I was in your situation I got very frustrated because I was actually kinda liking the game... what I did was read this walkthrough over and over to see what I really had missed: http://guides.gamepressure.com/artofmurderhuntforthepuppeteer/guide.asp?ID=6426
It's got pictures innit so I hope it can help..
And yeah... Broken Sword IS the game.

| Deleted User | Ooh! That is indeed a very detailed walkthrough... I was going to post suggestions in here, such as : Spoiler AlertAre you sure you photographed everything possible, such as the fingerprints on the window, and the stuff under the floorboard and so on. The photographs are easy to forget, since you just have to try trial and error photography - and cannot really rely on hotspots to indicate you have to take them. Spoiler AlertAlso, did you check the hook under the victims arm, and collect the residue from her mouth?
I can't really image how one could go wrong with Ines's walkthrough, though..

Status : Online | well i'm amaaazed at the interest that this has elicited!! what a great bunch of addicts you all are; i am grateful for your input. in answer to all the "spoiler" suggestions; yes, i did all that. ines's walkthrough is certainly the rolls royce of walkthroughs! below the page on the ballet place scene, several people have the same prob as i referred to above. namely that they don't know how to hand over the evidence to the policeman; this, i think is the sticking point? and by the way, how do you all do the spoiler entry? for future ref.? .....final answers please

That way we can all be happy.
We have quite happily had many extremely spoiler-heavy discsussions about games on this site - such as the ending for The Lost Crown - all we did was add the word (SPOILERS) into the heading, and then people wouldn't even have to bother covering their text with spoiler tags in the subsequent discussion, as people who had not played the game yet, then know to avoid the thread.
For isolated spoiler cases, that is specifically why the cover-up tags were designed. Most people prefer not to know the ending of a game before they have played it, and almost all gaming sites require members to act with tact regarding spoilers, as a matter of ettiquette.
It's just nicer when we act considerately, don't you think?

| Deleted User | Bazzer, -regarding: Spoiler Alerthow do i hand over the evidence to the policeman? Well, I feel pretty certain that in my game I simply talked to him, and she did it automatically. I wonder if perhaps you cannot continue because it's possibly the end of the demo? Does anybody know up to where the demo goes?
Ines, there are a few things you need to do first before you can do that. Spoiler AlertHave you been to the Shaman's house yet?
EDIT: Oops, I didn't see Cboy's post before I posted. Sorry, Camaroboy. :-*

Well Bazzer, I hope you enjoyed the demo version enough to consider purchasing the full game. Of course, naturally you'll definitely want to pursue SF2 first. I don't expect my copy of SF2 for another 8-10 days.

Spoiler AlertYes, - well the belt belongs to the man there. He might just lend it to you, if you do something for him....

I have played the demo, and yes it is where the demo ends. You should get a screen promoting the full game when you talk to the policeman.
I was able to deliver the evidence to the policeman at the door, had a nice little chat.
You did try this:
Spoiler AlertI think you need to phone the French inspector before leaving the building or before talking to the policeman at the door?
Anyway, the demo ends about here...

Status : Offline | finished AM2 yesterday... all I can say is that overall I quite enjoyed it (at least thought it was better than its precedent which I couldnt even finish)
It even featured a grim mood that even made me scared once Spoiler Alertyeah... the man in the fridge... although predictable after playing overclocked hehe
However, these games fail the mature aproach Still Life (1) has... I mean, whenever something REALLY important happened, Nicole would keep up as if nothing had happened, making the same dull comments as before... there's no form of changing the characters mood on the situation Spoiler Alertto make it more clear... im talking about right after any character would die by the killer, Nicole, after the cinematics, would appear the same as if she wasnt affected at all
Guess it hurts the credibility of the story. But afterall, no game is perfect and overall I was quite satisfied by it.
