Not quite

Thaumaturge, the first picture of FOTAQ is right at the start, after you escape from the hotel en travesti and before boarding the airplane, with the goons chasing you, it's a playable scene

Strange, I remember the hotel, I believe, and the flight to the Amazon, and perhaps a little of the 'plane on the ground, but the rest is only faintly familiar.  Perhaps I only played through the section once, and it didn't make a sufficient impression.  Oh well.

Presuming my correctness, I'm going to give my turn away, I believe. ^_^

MWAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

*ahem*

Sorry.

Just don't forget to post the release date for some of us novices looking for easy ID's in the pre-2000 era.

Btw kind people, does this game only run in a window or can it be played fullscreen with ScummVM? I checked the fullscreen box in ScummVM but the game still runs in a small window.  :-/

If it's not Cameron Files, it must be Mystery of the Mummy?

Sorry, Camaroboy, I never thought of posting the year.

I found it strange in FOTAQ that your character switches costumes quite alot in the begining of the game (twice. quite a lot for an adventure game!) and then keeps his original costume through the rest of the game.

Camaroboy, you can play FOTAQ fullscreen in DOSBOX (I've never tried it in ScummVM)

This game was released on 2000. Here's another screenshot from the same game:

BTW I think there are still 2 slots available for posting shots!

Taio, New Adventures of the Time Machine?

Cultura, the colored books remind me of a puzzle in both the 7th Guest and the 11th Hour, but I don't think it is either...
