Hi. Immortals of Terra installed ok onto my laptop's external hard drive (witch is connected to the main PC by a FireWire cord) but when I try to play it the intro sequence plays just fine, but when the gameplay starts, Perry moves very jerkily just a couple of steps as my mouse is extremely sticky as I move it, and then the game crashes to a black screen. Here are my laptop's system specs:

Laptop System Specs:
OS: MS Windows XP home edition (5.1, build 2600);
System manufacteruer: Hewlett-Packard;
Model: Presario x6000 (PK247AV#ABA);
BIOS: ver 1.00 Parttbl;
Processor: Intel Pentium 4, 3.20GHz (2 CPUs);
Memory: 1278MB RAM
Page file: 208MB used, 1421MB available; I think this changes
DirectX version: DirectX 9.0c (4.09.0000.0904);
Laptop display specs:
Name: ATI Mobility Radeon X300;
Manufacteruer: ATI Technologies, Inc;
Chip Type: ATI display adapter (0x5460);
DAC Type: Internal DAC (400MHz);
approx. Total Memory: 64.0MB;
Current display mode: 1024 x 768 (32 bit) (60Hz);
Monitor: Default monitor;
Now laptop display driver specs:
Main driver: ati2dvag.dll;
version: 6.14.0010.6505;
WHQL: Logo'd: n/a;
Mini VDD: ati2mtag.sys;
VDD: n/a;
DDI version: 9 (or higher).

Any help would be appreciated as I'd really, truly like to be able to play this game.
