King's Quest 6 -- truly beautiful music. Grim Fandango also has great, atmospheric music. Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis.
Also, Zork Nemesis has haunting but beautiful music.

b. The Dig (although in space there is no sound, no music, this particular score justifies the possibility that somewhere over there Music is one of the precious substances of the universe).
