Status : Offline | Thanks for your suggestion. I loaded the patch but it was not entirely successful. I can go forward abour 3 or 4 moves before the DF appears sometimes leaving the cursor in which case I can go for a few more moves. It is when the cursor disappears that the only resort is to A-C_D. A real pain.

Status : Offline | How strange :-? it worked for me. Anyway, there is another option. I've read that the problem with the game is that it can't handle large memories, so you can try loading the game onto a thumb drive or playing it on a computer with less space. Oh and try changing the compatibility mode if you haven't yet.
