There are also all the Law & Order & CSI games - not the FBI but you do get to investigate murders & such!

There's also Spycraft - CIA instead of FBI, but it has some really cool puzzles.

Still Life is fun.

Hopkins is good but can be frustrating at times.

There is another one but I cannot think of it right now.

What are you interested in the FBI and adventure games?  What are you looking for in a game?

There's a non-adventure game series called Condemned dealing with the FBI.  It's pretty fun although very violent and pretty spooky.  You utilize over-the-top forensic tools.
