I don't see why I should seperate out the Adventure Games. I'm sure nobody would really mind if I keep my genre's mixed, hmmm?
I will, of course, not be able to resist the temptation of eventually getting Fable 2; (just to keep Arcadia company - she seems so alone on this one, but I'm sure as hell not putting it on my "omfgican't wait" list.
Sorry, Arcadia, never liked The Sims; -so I'm afraid your'e on your own with that one. Maybe someone else will keep you company on that one?
Ermmm.... when the rest comes to me, I'll edit it in.

1. Age of Decadence (this one I am anticipating) 2. Neverwinter Nights 2: SoZ 3. Far Cry 2 4. new Prince of Persia 5. The Witcher SE 6. Fallout 3 (though it's looking pretty terrible, and I'm unlikely to purchase it) 7. Mafia 2 8. Jagged Alliance 3
Who is this great burdensome slavering dog-thing that mediocres my every thought? (Nick Cave - We Call Upon the Author)

As for commercial games, The Witcher Special Edition is probably the highest.

| Deleted User | There's a Jagged Alliance 3 coming out? Sherbet, I hadn't even noticed! Clearly I must be slipping!
I've missed out on the new POP as well. I was slightly disappointed by Asassin's Creed, after hugely anticipating it for 2 1/2 years, but then AC is not POP. I think it's mainly the overemphasis on stealth that irritated me in AC; and I must admit that I generally find POP's gameplay quite pleasing, (if sometimes slightly irritating, as I'm not the best platformer player in the world) so I'm glad to hear there's a new one coming. I can just imagine that we can except really cool graphics for the latest POP! I suppose this will be a purely console release again?
Oh, btw, do I sound like a graphics tart? Mmmm, theyr'e not imperative, but they're nice if you can have them!

Diablo 3.
Age of Decadence.
The Broken Hourglass.
Deus Ex 3, though I don't expect it to be released for at least another two years.
Rise of the Argonauts. I wasn't very interested in this title, but I watched a couple of interviews with the developers and liked what I saw and heard.
The Witcher SE.
Sacred 2.
Divine Divinity 2. The first had perhaps the most interesting game world in an Action Rpg, as well as a marvelous soundtrack. The spin off Beyond Divinity wasn't nearly as good IMHO, so I'm not sure what to expect. I sure hope they manage to deliver the first game's atmosphere and addictiveness.
I am very curious about Obsidian's Aliens Rpg, I have a feeling it will be great... for some unfathomable reason, I'm not nearly as interested in their modern spy Rpg, can't even remember its name right now.
Finally, I look forward to The Team Gizka KOTOR 2 Restoration Project finally being released, and I can't wait to once again walk the streets of Sigil in the Purgatorio mod for NWN2.

Though that KotoR 2 restoration project should be interesting. KotoR 2 could have been a really great game if it hadn't been put together so sloppily.
And I wouldn't mind seeing the last Half-Life 2 episode released so I could pick up the complete Half Life 2 collection that I imagine will be forthcoming. Likewise with Neverwinter Nights 2.

Dragon Age
for which Bioware just released this (short) trailer
http://www.gametrailers.com/game/9022.html
It is more of teaser trailer than a real trailer but you get to see the mood for the game, I find.

Ahah that's very sweet of you to keep me company I'll be more than happy to do Gray Matter and especially Still Life 2 with you The other games I hadn't heard anything about, but I'm interested now.
People are more than welcome to fill me in on what Jagged Alliance is about, and I'm assuming POP is Prince of Persia, none of which I've played :-/

| Deleted User | Arcadia, I seem to have hit a bit of a boo-boo with the Fable 2 thingy, as I don't currently have an X-box, and Fable 2 (for now anyway - they'll crumble and do PC eventually - I'll bet on it) is currently an X-box exclusive. From what I've seen, it looks like a clone of the first one, anyway.
Jagged Alliance is a squad-based strategy shooter, and Prince of Persia is action adventure, sort of the male equivalent of Lara Croft, only nicer, I think. The new one looks like it's going to be fun. 8-) I'm sure you'll enjoy it if you don't mind a whole lot of platforming (or maybe even enjoy platforming swings and jumps).
I'll be grabbing Still Life 2 the moment I can lay my grubby hands on it, not to mention Gray Matter if/when it finally matrialises into reality. :-/

http://www.pspfanboy.com/tag/the-3rd-birthday i knew about the mobile game, but i don't consider it a proper game (it's like the 3rd part of lord of the rings being released as a newspaper comic strip!)... didn't know about psp, which i still don't consider a proper sequel but it does give some hope for smth better... at least hope until i saw the 2nd article about turning the game into a 3rd perso shooter... wtf?? > and what's that crap about the twisted? we want eve! (ok, the twisted could work, but can't they stop turning everything into shooters ffs? [smiley=furious.gif])
maybe if they released a shooter for psp and make a PROPER sequel for ps3? is that too much to ask? :

From what I've read about SH5, it looks like it's only going to be available through Steam. I'm hoping it eventually goes retail. Shouldn't be too long now.
