Thank you!!!!

Am here at work laughing and sad at the same time because the comparison or analogy is so true and that is pathetic.

Am sending the article on to some others who will truly enjoy it.

Rael,

You might as well check off Reason, Bush doesn't need one, perhaps a lame excuse but not a reason and he has plenty of lame excuses.

Thanks for the link, Michal.  The essay is certainly interesting (lacking of a better word to describe it), it's funny, and as Gayle said, the analogy is sad in a certain way...Maybe because it's so true...and real.

Very good article.
It could be even better if he didn't point out the direct reference to Bush. It would have a much stronger effect this way, don't you think?

But his point is quite the same as mine.

Yes... one of the things where you really don't know whether you should laugh or cry. Since doing both at once is not so easy

Maybe he was just catering for the slower readers

Very good article and very good image Rael

Resistance is not futile, we're gonna win this thing, humankind is too good, we're not a bunch of under-achievers! We're gonna stand up, and we're gonna be human beings. We're going to get fired up about the real things, the things that matter! Creativity, and the dynamic human spirit that refuses to submit.

You know, I think that's very true. And it really disturbs me that some people is willing to play with other people's lives only because they have the resources. Let's face it: the US could crush Iraq like bugs whenever they want. The same way they did with Afghanistan.
