Pour yourself a glass of wine, select a comfy chair and lean back, dim the lights, close the curtains, pump up the volume, let your mind take flight.
You'll get to RiVen, and indeed, RiVen will get into you.

I'm looking forward to jumping back in. This stuff I'm currently doing is just taking me more time than expected. LOL, isn't that ALWAYS the case though?!?

Didn't exactly do what Cultura wrote, but I have been playing more. The puzzles are hard (for me). The Map/Marble Puzzles, I am having to use the Myst website, and STILL am having trouble with them.

One pleasant surprise, when playing an underwater puzzle:
Spoiler AlertA big fish will come and slowly take a look at y ou

Aahhhhh... yes! 8-)

You really, really should take Cultura's advice... dim the lights, close the curtains, pump up the volume, definitely pump up the volume, don't forget to pump up the volume... and  [spoiler midtext]let the big fish have another look at you... maybe you should call him again... and again... and maybe just one more time...

Yes, Lady K...quite a bigger surprise!

I had one of those "I can be a knuckle-head sometimes' moments.

Spoiler AlertI used a tram that the guy who ran away on used (I got it back), and it took me to another Island and an elevator. That elevator took me to a path I had been on before, and Behold :exclamation [smiley=shocked.gif] I was on one of the paths used to complete the puzzle using the Domes.  If you go back on that elevator, you do not go back to the tram, you go somewhere else!
Truth is indeed stranger than fiction--was that a glitch on my game, or something I hadn't tried before, and that is just how it is? (that tram and elevator).
The Knuckle-head moment came when I relized this Puzzle, staring at me all over the Islands-- and I really had not connected that before. I had been looking for a puzzle in a certain location.
This game has alot of unexpected moments and is back on my Fun list

Clarinda,
If you're talking about Plateau (aka Spike) Island, [spoiler midtext]you'll find it connects to 3 of the other islands.  Since the island itself has several levels, it's easy to get turned around.  Also, one of the tram areas has two doors.  Things started coming together for me here as well the first time I played it.

I remember thinking I could only exit the cable car on the one side.   [smiley=doh.gif]
