Status : Online | There was no money involved (if you disregard webhosting and software licenses), so it didn't cost anything but time and work - and LOTS of it. The voice actors are all ambitious amateurs or professionals looking to extend their portfolio, and none of them demanded any payment, either.
However, if I calculated 6 or 7 months of work against hourly rates and added the actors' fees, that would be the cost. But since I stopped counting my hours somewhere, I couldn't even give you a ballpark number.
