Status : Online | I like them easy/logical..TLJ/syberia is just right for me. I`ve been playing adventures 12 years now
the story and experience, just the feel of being in another world is the thing I like about them..
usually when I play a game I turn off all lights, put on my headphones and just get totally immersed in the game.

Status : Online | You mean "easy" as Syberia, for instance? When a game is "easy"? Ok, I believe that's story for another topic... : But, just to put it clear (at least for me ), I believe a game is easy when its puzzles are. However, (and sorry dimi, I disagree with you here :-/) there is a big difference between an easy and a logical puzzle...and personally, I think Syberia has some logical ones, but it's full of easy puzzles. Eventhough...not too sure it's a completely easy game...but quite enough.
So, answering your question...I kind of got bored in some parts of Syberia (and other "easy" games), because puzzles presented...let's say, too little "challenge"... So far, I've tried to play games where puzzles have, at least, a "medium" level of difficulty...which doesn't mean they are not logical... :

Status : Offline | sometimes i like them... it helps me to relax when an adv is easy... syberia for example was a very relaxing experience (ok it was even easier than accepted but i enjoyed it!)... i recently played nightlong, which was also easy (not THAT easy as syberia though) and it was great to play after a tiresome day
You have gotten the attention of the mysterious lady. She turns to face you. Her face is devoid of any flesh. You are frozen with horror as she begins ripping your body into a bloody mess.

Status : Online | I have come around on this one the past few years. I used to scoff at easy games, and looked for the hardest I could find. Now that I have so little time available for gaming, I like a game that allows me to blow through it quickly. While I prefer a challenge, I have no problem with a game I can beat in a weekend, especially given how inexpensive you can find games these days ($20 US and lower). All that said, I still love challenging games as well.

Just kidding....I had to install and put up with an evening of my daughter playing that last night.
Myst, TLJ are 'just right' for me. Syberia was pretty easy, but I still enjoyed it for the storyline---I agree it was very relaxing to play.

Status : Online | I remember when I HATED an easy adventure game and felt cheated without weeks of gameplay. Now days, I'm so busy with work and kids that I actually enjoy a shorter game. This lets me actually finish it instead of taking over a year like I did with Planescape and Outcast (which I still haven't concluded). Maybe it's my advancing age (NOT!), but when I take a few weeks off from a game, I have a hard time figuring out where I was and what I was doing!

**MILD GK1 SPOILERS**
GK1: perfect difficulty. The drei drachen clock puzzle... logical, yet tricky. The vine puzzle... thinking outside the "outmaneuver the zombies" box.
**END SPOILERS**
The perfect game keeps you stumped on puzzles for a couple days until the answer smacks you right in the forehead...
I don't like games that are too easy because I always feel that the puzzles in an easy game only serve as a carrier for the story. I'd rather have the puzzles and story walk side by side rather than have the puzzles take a backseat to the story. For the same reason, I don't like a game to be so difficult that you're stuck on a puzzle so long that the game doesn't move fast enough for the story to hold your attention.

Lgical, yes but easy games? No way !! I personally dont want a game to last less than a month! Anything less I would consider a waste of my hard-earned money!

I dont like illogical puzzles but I'd still play it though.

Yeah! That's what I do, including some action games in between.
I have no problems about easy adventure games (phantasmagoria, dark eye, etc are some of my best gaming experiences)

Status : Offline | One person's easy is another's hard I guess. I like games that are logical mostly. What really annoys me are things like the "monkey challenge" in MK4 - beating the stupid monkeys, I really can't be bothered with that part and if I could find a cheat I'd use it.
All the Gabriel Knight games were pretty logical - don't know if you would call them easy or not really.
Don't mind if a game takes a long time and feel really cheated if it's too short, so try to "spin" them out as long as possible.
