It's quite a different style I would say.
Are the the other four from an adventure game?
If not...it looks much like Ultima 8.
I can't place the odd one though.

Status : Online | I would say the first one is taken from Beneath A Steel Sky,
the others propably from the Kyrandia Series or Dragonsphere.

Status : Online | The fourth one looks kinda different... a bit like Rex Nebular. I don't know what the others are, but it's not Kyrandia - that had slightly different style.
