With 84 points from this week, Aya & Val are mathematically unreachable by either SuperEdy or myself. Congrats on winning.  [smiley=clap.gif]

Now then, when's the rematch? Here's a though; Aya & Val vs. SuperEdy & Gonchi (only on Pay-Per-View, obviously).

thanx gonchi!

yeah, let's go on cable now... there's lots of money to be made!

btw i hope to see you around if/when there's a new ja tourney... would make things really interesting!

You have gotten the attention of the mysterious lady. She turns to face you. Her face is devoid of any flesh. You are frozen with horror as she begins ripping your body into a bloody mess.

Thank you Gonchi.
It was Aya mostly. I just fill in the gaps of areas that he doesn't know much about. Like those nasty slide show games he loves so much.
And I'm better at sound and pattern recognition. Nice mix actually.

We can be heroes, just for one day.

Heh, I knew it! There were a couple of times in the tournament when you guys got a puzzle oriented game right and I said to myself,"Interesting. Aya doesn't play these games. Val must be the one getting them right."

Answers are posted. The final rankings are in the Rankings thread and the winners (Aya & Val, Gonchi, SuperEdy, Lady Kestrel, Andromus, Taio, & Technospike) should head over to the prizes thread for instructions on picking your prizes

I'm smacking myself in the head over some that I missed this week, but I don't feel bad about Promised Land.  You beat Aya in finding something obscure with which to torture us.

You mean there is someone here that hasn't played Promised Land? I thought that was the easiest shot...

I couldn't find a single tiny screenshot of Promised Land.
That must be a record; what about the most unknown game of all times?

It's a female thing - woman's intuition.

The only thing I found, after the fact, was the back-of-the-box shot with very tiny pics.

It does rival the most-obscure-of-them-all Norman game, the title of which escapes me at the moment.  I think it's something like Norman Spills Sugar on the Counter and Attracks Ants.  It was done in 3 colors (cyan, magenta & black) and the ants were black pixels that looked exactly like the sugar crystals.

Do a google search for "ten musicians promised land" and the first link is to an article with screenshots from the game and some other similar games.

I would link directly, but the site in question is being filtered by JA for some reason and it won't show up when I post it.

i think that game from week 2 with the word bank in the title was the most obscure game featured in this tourney... so much so that i wonder if it was programmed by the same development team that was behind norman!
