:-? Mysterious Journey II.  I keep falling through the foggy maze.  I have mapped it, noted the lights etc.  but my mouse doesn't work on "clicks" and I can't tell how far to move from square to square.  Am I missing something obvious?

Map the maze, include the tile type (stone or metal), save game. Attempt to cross using keys, NOT mouse. Use short keypresses to edge your way along. You will hear two sounds alternately, footfall on stone and footfall on metal. These tell you where you are (i.e. register the number of tiles). Use the over head wires to help keep straight if need be. Save after a reasonable number of tiles (5 or 6 say). If you fall then reload previous save and continue. If you don't reload the maze is randomly remade and it becomes much more difficult to do it all in one crossing!
