Status : Online | I still haven't managed to get all 5 kiosks in the game, the ones I found so far are at the bank, thing store, western plaza at night, and ultimate faithful. Phoenix seems to think putting all the codes into 1 kiosk might help....
The Rubik's cube puzzle is pretty easy actually, even without solving the office rubik's cube puzzle to give the solution. Think about Bogdanov's homeland......
I personally am stuck by the smoke in ultimate faithful. I've gotten all 4 gems and the cloth, yet nothing else seems clickable. I have no clue as to how to get rid of the smoke and get Phoenix's wimpy butt into the back room.

Status : Online | Hah! Got the wall puzzle right after I entered all the codes in. The number you get is the key to the puzzle. Think of what you could spell out w/ the clickable numbers.....
Did you ever figure out something to do w/ the description given by the airhead? I can't check for him in the military database, and he doesna exist in the census.....

Status : Online | I know the word is PEACE, but I just couldn't get the correct letters to click, and where is that clog I look everyone and I couldn't find it.
Anyway right now I couldn't get anyone to talk to me. The only place I can go with any relevance with the investigation is the Rehab centre, but the doc is in surgery everytime I go their.
And is their any use with the description photo and the e-diary?

Status : Online | Argh stuck on the circuit board puzzle now.....those tiny electronics leads! impossible to follow. I don't even know what exactly I'm supposed...some of the lines seem to lead nowhere. I've hooked them all up as best I can, but all I can do is click the right hand button for a yellow flash....that's it.

the picture and the diary need to be reported to dagmar... that's a pretty unusual path, having already gone underground but not having reported that stuff yet!

Status : Online | 2 of the right hand leads terminate immediately, am I just supposed to leave them hooked up to a peg w/ no leads? Should I have any blue connector dealies left when I'm done? I'm really stuck on this....seems like the vertical ones only fit on the top row. I THINK one of the red leads goes to a green, which further confuses me. This is a wonderful game, but sometimes these puzzles w/ zero clues make me want to pound the keyboard.

[spoiler midtext]i have just finished the game with a HDI of 87... So i if i acheve more i get a different ending? Should i try to get the most possible (100+) for the right ending? Does any ending explaine what happened in the Land of the Renovetors?

only use jumpers to connect from right to left all the way, green to green, red to red etc... the ones that deadend don't need anything

lena will come back later, it's one of the things that need to be triggered... for the wall puzzle [spoiler midtext]take the number that was given to you at the chaos kiosks, and for each letter of the word peace, count as many letters on the wall as on the number that corresponds to the letter (starting from the beginning for each letter)... i am putting this on spoiler tag cause no one should have this fantastic puzzle ruined for them by seeing smth by accident!
about the ending:
Spoiler Alertthere's only two endings, the bad, where you lose and see nothing, and the good, which is the one you saw... the score is for personal satisfaction only, as well as replayability value - much like old sierra... you do not get to learn more from a different ending (i presume you learned as much as there is to learn from the game? keep in mind the game can be finished without having seen everything - it can even be finished without visiting the land of renovators at all!)... as you saw, the opening for a sequel is HUGE, and i'm sure more will be revealed then

as for the rag, i don't remember where exactly it was... how did you get to the wall without it though? the stain is actually the clue you need to open the area with the wall

Status : Online | Okay, I have the device description from lena vanderbilt, and the diary says to look at the footage again...problem is I *have no footage* to review. I assume there was some point in the game where I was supposed to be able to view spencer or someone else using the device? At the moment all I have for destinations is pyramid station, phoenix's house, GPSN offices, station omega 10 and at night time the tunnels.

I clicked on
Spoiler Alertthe S in spherical, the N in neither, the A in are on the 7th line counting from "fear not", the C in Cones, and the E in are on the 3rd line.
Did I make a mistake? Is it because I didn't use the cloth the game won't let me continue?
Another question, I am pretty sure the tunnel is the sub-story, you don't have to do it to advance the story, than why can't I find anyone to investigate? Anything to do with the Hacker's Manifest? I don't know how to use it! If it helps I am on the 20th day.
EDIT: Never mind I miscounted. But my second question still stands.
EDIT 2: What's the password for Joshua? I have absolutely no idea?

as for being stuck, the day you are on doesn't make any difference... the hacker manifest doesn't do anything i don't think, besides being read... what places to you have open and active on the map and what else is in your inventory? have you done everything on phoenix's pc?

Status : Online | Ok I have completed the game twice now and I'm just trying to complete anything i may have missed:
I'm putting it in spoilers just to make sure i dont ruin the experience for anyone....

1) Its been discussed before but can anything be done with the hacker manifest
2) Can anything be done with the picture of the impersonator, since searching the census database turns up nothing.
3) After exiting the renovators land, can you do anything more with the underground tunnels? I notice it continues to allow you to go back there even though the elevator is now broken. This seems to be inconsistant with the rest of the areas which grey out when you complete all puzzles.
4) On one of my passes through the game, it seems as though if you choose not to sleep with the reporter you get stuck since you cannot get the video. Am I missing something?
5) Are there any relationships other than Jean (the military guy), and the reporter? and its it a one time shot with either?
6) Does going to the gym do anything but waste time?
7) after finding the tunnels is there anything else to do in omega 10?
Can you find the device? or the 3d image is only useful for the investigation?
9) Any other interesting off the beaten path things to try?

I think the rag was in room 10-03 (its the room with all the boxes which may or may not be 10-03) , but the word is mentioned in several places throughout the game, and randomly clicking on the generator buttons enventually provide the correct combination (kinda how it happened for me the first time)

3, 7) yes those two should eventually turn gray, but they don't... unless smth's been missed but i never found anything

i think discussions are low cause the game shipped late and it is fairly long and hard that not many ppl have had the chance to play it and finish it yet... plus, not many ppl are talkative!

Spoiler AlertIn the GPSN offices there is an office for the headmisstress of the immigration school, yes? Is there any path that lets you talk to her?
Also, are both immigration candidates supposed to pass? From phoenix's comments I guessed maybe the first one wasn't supposed to.
Out of curiosity, I read somewhere that you could get through the game while missing a relatively large chunk of it. Does anyone have an idea of what they were referring to?
And finally the chief told me I was a little slow in completeing my case. (28 days) Does she say that to everyone or are there different endings based on how you played?
Oh and did anyone else think the art consultancy guy was subversive (or a renovator?) After his whole shtick about Pheonix being unhappy just like everyone else I thought he was going to push her along the renovator path. Assuming the renovator's are the anti-system type
