Status : Online		Hi,

I am desperately stuck on Broken Sword II - I cannot for love nor money nor desperation get Nico to pick up the torch and the bottom of the pryamid. I have since consulted about 5 walkthroughs which simply say pick up torch and get the little fella to light it. Well that isn't happening. She keeps saying that there is no reason to use the torch...

I've been up the elevator, have the ammunition belt, have chatted with the guards, done the fuel line etc etc and can't trigger whatever I need to do.

Has anyone any suggestions, or a saved game directly after picked up the torch and lighting it?

Status : Online		Don't know if someone has helped you yet, but my own walkthrough says that after talking to the head guard about Karzac, walk to the right slightly so that you can see both the torch on your left and Titipoco on your right. Pick up the torch and hand it to Titipoco so that he can light it (this can be difficult as it seems that you have to get the exact spot to make it work) ...but can't guarantee this as I haven't played it for ages.
