An odd mix I know but here are a few of my favorite "non-adventure" adventures:
Omikron Outcast Anachronox TLBA and Twinsen's Odyssey Rayman 2

Come to think of it, sexual escapades probably are the best form of action-adventure ever created.
They can be pretty puzzling at times too...

Yes or no, it's all a bunch of mechanical puzzles anyway, so I'm sure you're not interested. :

Yes, but it may be hard to find.
Don't forget the giddy excitement and eager anticipation of exploring those new "territories".
Of course, the obligatory dialog sequences and gofer quests can be a bit of a drag.
The ongoing monthly subscription costs are kind of hassle a too.
But the rest of the game is great.
Cheers, Terry

Of course! I prefer to mess up with Angelina Jolie instead explore Woopy Goldberg.

I also like casual arcade games to which I frequently get 'addicted' and I'm a sucker for building rollercoaster parks (but I never progress, choosing to waste money on pretty scenery instead).
There are times when the brain power needed to concentrate on an adventure game is simply too much.
As for the OT suggestions in this thread..... really gentlemen.... anyone would think women were difficult to understand... :

I like Dungeon Siege 1 because it's a game with many mods and you can cusom build it to play anyway you want it too. I have mine set up so I can play girls in it with dresses, bikinis and house hold items for weapons. It is a lot of fun to play that way instead of the right way and I play it with otheres on my local network.

Let me get this straight. You have a game where you get to be a bikini-girl and use wooden spoons and egg slices instead of guns to kill people with?
Wierd.... [smiley=crazy.gif].... seriously wierd....

Yes, it's a mod called Cutiegirl and it comes with some really cool looking dresses and bikinis along with crazy weapons you can hit the creatures with toilet plungers, dustpans, plates, brooms, and other crazy stuff. You can of course use the regular game weapons as well. It makes a really funny game out of it. You can even dress up the guys in bikinis if you want. LOL There is also another mod to summon a big chicken and he helps you fight. The art work and animations on these are really exelent so it's not just another corny add-on. These work with just about all other mods with no problems and also in LOA. There are also mods that make your bow shoot like a machine gun and mods that increses damage and mods that level you stats so you can start out as a fighter and then change to a magic user or archer. Another that I like is Backpackjack, it doubles you inventory size. Thre is just about anyhting you can think of. There are also a couple fan made games that play in the DS engine as well and some of the are quite long.

Finished: HomeFront; Far Cry 3; Dishonored
Always Playing: Half Life 2
Looking Forward To: BioShock: Infinite
