Everyone is sad sometimes. When I feel down I try very hard to fill up my head with busy things and not concentrate on the sad things. Play a game. Call a friend and talk for a while. o something constructive. Find a volunteer activity where you can help people or animals. Go out to a dinner and a show. Put on some good and uplifting music. So something. o anything.
There is an old saying about when the going gets tough the tough get going. It sounds trite but it is true indeed.

Harriet, thanks for the words but that is why I'm sad; it's my mind. I don't know, it like has a mind of its own...
Sarah, I don't play games anymore....how do you mean "lose a game?" I don't see how someone could get sad over losing a game...unless like you're saying, "I was on a ferry and took my Neverhood out for some fresh air, and he just jumped into the water." Now that would suck....but I'm not going to take my games out on walks soon...Although I did get my Creature Crunch today....
I also went to my classes, lifted for an hour, and just watched "When Nature Calls"....
