Status : Online | Thank you for the quick answer. He did this and when he changed the password it errored again. Luckly thanks to you you sent him another password. But now it wont hold. When he says keep it does no good.

Status : Online | i'm not sure i understand what you mean when you say "it won't hold"... do you mean he tries to change the password to a new one and it doesn't save it?

Status : Online | Oh sorry I guess the computer just wasn't going to let him get on and stay on last night but when he started it up this morning everything was back to working. As for holding he would tell the forum to remember him and everytime he restarted the computer he had to relog in.
Again it all is working today so thank you so much for your help.
