No, it's not White Wolf, Crystal Skull, nor Ghost Dogs.  Only about 15 more to go.

Just as I said earlier, they all look the same and there's a graveyard in almost every ND game [smiley=hair_pull.gif]
It's Nancy Drew:  Last Train To Blue Moon Canyon (http://www.mysterymanor.net/nancydrewlasttraintobluemooncanyonpg2.htm)
Lady K, you are [IMG]http://i159.photobucket.com/albums/t157/SuperEdy/devil.jpg[/IMG] (it's only fair for a fan of Giger's art
)
Next time someone posts a ND screenshot, I'll nuke HerInteractive (and their bloody mini-games) (I should restrain myself, Susan might have a heart attack
)

Er, I think that devil image is a bit over the top for here, SE, but you are correct about the screenshot.

Is that Anacapri? If not, there can't be many FMV adventure games with an italian/spanish deck.

EDIT: I'm fairly certain I'm correct. The card game being played looks like Escoba de Quince, which is fairly similar to Scopa, a game that happens to be included in Anacapri.

Might want to wait for SuperEdy to confirm, but if someone wants to post a screenshot in my place, go ahead.

EDIT 2: Why the hate for Nancy Drew games SuperEdy? I believe you used one for a trivia yourself...

Right, Gonchi, it's Anacapri, the nightmare

They are playing Scopa with a Neapolitan deck (quite beautiful cards, though I prefer the Sardinian deck)
You can read my remarks on the ND series in the hot spot (it was getting rather cold lately
)

LadyK, you didn't appreciate the devil tarot by H. R. Giger :'(, I read you like his art, so I thought it would have been nice; if you want I can replace it with a Dali tarot (one of my favourite artists).
Of course you are free to post other ND pictures, I have just exhausted my supply of nukes
(and I'm looking for another ND screenshot to get my revenge [smiley=devil_smiley_grintail.gif] oh boy, I just love that devil smiley)

Escoba de Quince is a variation of Scopa. Failing to find a game with it I looked for the Italian equivalent and voilà.

Anyhow, if anyone has a screenshot to contribute, now is the time. Otherwise I'll end up posting a ridiculously easy screenshot like I always do.

Well no one posted anything so here goes. I saw this pic while surfing around and can't say I remember what part of the game in question it's from.

Maybe Discworld Noir? I seem to recall a very similar screenshot but from a different perspective.

Yes! Your turn.

Did you play the game and remember at what part this is? Because I really can't... maybe I should replay the game.

Interesting angle. I just played it a couple months ago, and I'm still having trouble placing it.  It could be the secret room in the Temple of Small Gods?

I never got to that part of the game, but I think Andromus is right - it's probably the secret room.

I'll post a new screenshot later.

Patrimonium. I didn't realize there was an English version...

Yes.
There's an English version of the first episode only, which is a shame as I'd love to play the other two.

Since you found the screenshot, could you post another picture before 2009 [smiley=yawn.gif], please?

Is that a whole screenshot, Nik, or just a piece?

Just as piece, and upon reflection, just a bit too small. Here is a bigger piece, should be easy now.

That's better.  The other shot had me looking for black and white games.  The new pic isn't a giveaway for me, but it's a start.
