Interesting game, very well done.

I completed it by myself, sans some help with a flaky inventory method that wasn't present for 99% of the game.

Spoiler AlertA piece of paper needed to be double-clicked in a certain place instead of simply accessed like your other inventory items

Future episodes should provide continued entertainment!

Good to know, I've just loaded it up and tried it but it's no fun playing on a laptop. I don't have a proper PC at the moment which is a pain.

Currently playing:  Dragon Age Origins,  Darkness Within 2, The Witcher, Fallout 3

I might also add, if you're an "alternative" operating system user, you'll be happy to know this game is being made for the Mac and Linux as well as Microsoft Windows.

Could you tell us a little more about it, Akhilles?

How scary is it, if at all is what I really want to know. Also how are the puzzles...

I thought this was one of those game where you couldn't use a mouse to select inventory or move around so I havn't gone back to take another look at it.  I also don't care for heavy action as it usually doen't work well in adventure games.

Without giving anything away, it was very scary to begin with, but once you figure some things out, then the  stuff that's scary isn't quite as scary anymore.

There are other scary instances (a couple) but they won't be scary if I tell you about them

The puzzles? I'm a newbie sleuth so if I can figure them out without help... they're probably not very hard.  But I may be discounting myself a bit since I did take several days and used alot of patience figuring some things out. I think the designers did a great job scattering the information around for me to find. Lots of letters and notes from the occupants, that kind of thing. A rich history that really gets you into the game.

You use the mouse to look around, the classic keyboard WASD to move around. As far as inventory, you  open it up and access the items by mouse, and kinda like RPG's you can put inventory into slots 1-9 and access them quickly by hitting those keys.

This game runs on Linux© (UNIX) as well as Microsoft Windows©, which I thought was an interesting choice of the developer. Some people refuse to use Microsoft products, this game is for them!

Well, I've just loaded it and am trying to get the hang of the mouse....it'll take some getting used to, and a lot of practice before I move further in the game....controls are interesting - you can pick something off the floor and put it anywhere!  Never played a game with such freedom!
