Even if I did, it wouldn't do you any good. If you need to update your motherboard's BIOS, you need to check with your motherboard manufacturer. You can't get the BIOS direct from AMI as all OEMs modify the BIOS source code they received from AMI. The most motherboard manufacturers' websites make it easy to find BIOS updates for specific motherboard models.

I asked this because I've downloaded the Everest, and it says that I have 15 out of date things, lol
One of them is the video controller, I have the new drivers of my video card but it's still out of date, I don't know why. The other ones are the BIOS and 13 things I don't have an idea of what they are
