Status : Online | Ok thanks... I guess.. Now that means I'll have to pay a lot more than I thought. Are there any special offers? Like, if you buy one you get some sort of discount or something? Anything?
Oh, and another thing. Once I downloaded, is it possible to burn the games to a CD/DVD?

but since you waited that long, why not wait a little longer and get the whole package (eps 1-6), in a nice box and everything (don't know if it will still have drm), for a lot less than buying each ep seperately... it will be released by adventure company soon after season 1 is completed

dloads don't come with starforce... they come with drm protection, where you have to unlock your copy online every single time you install it on some computer (and yes, if telltale isn't around in a few years and you want to replay the games you're basically screwed)

Telltale promised that if that ever happened, they would release the codes before they disappeared.

I love it! I have no objection to downloading games. Although, to be honest... I won't like it if the CD version is released at a considerably lower price than I paid. : The game is also much better than the old Sam&Max, in my humble opinion. The story may not appear to be very continuous at first sight, but the episodes do build on each other and new characters are introduced in every episode, so it's less fun if you start playing Episode 4 and you don't have a clue who they are.

Blashphemy!!! Go wash your mouth out with soap, or I'll sic a hyper-kinetic rabbity thing on you to do it for you!
.. just having some fun. I haven't played any of the new "Episodes" yet. I'm very much looking forward to them, but I'm waiting for the boxed version. However, the original holds a special place in my heart as one of my all-time favorite adventure games, as well as one of my all-time favorite games overall.

And if there's a specific Episode you think I  or anyone else for that matter) should start with let me know about it.
I would say that ideally you should play the episodes in order but that it's not really a big deal if you don't. They're basically self-contained episodes. The reason to play them in order is there are recurring characters who you won't have a complete backstory for and there is a sliver of a story arc that progresses through the games.
I'd say play them all anyway, because they're all great, but so far I do think episode 5 is the cleverest.

The only thing I miss from the original game is the lack of a "USE MAX" option just to see what he would do
Playing ME3-Citadel ,TOMB raider ,Skyrim Dragonborn
Waiting fot journey down episode 2 ,Dragon AGE 3

I loved the almost developers in-jokes put in that one, on how Sybil responds to Reality 2.0, it's so typical of gamers.. on most forums I sometimes read the Steam forums, so I had a broad grin of recognition with that.

But, I currently have a backlog of games (Tomb Raider: Legend, Dreamfall, Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth, Vampire:The Masquerade - Bloodlines, Syberia 2, Okami.. to name but a few!) which should keep me busy until Sam and Max sees a boxed release.
