I installed this on my high-end laptop with Win XP on Friday and it ran without a hitch (which really surprised me!).   What a great game, I had never finished it before this weekend.  The game is extended somewhat by too many puzzles that require you to go back and forth and redo things you've already done, but overall this is still a game ahead of its time.

I only played the demo but should have picked the game up as it was pretty good

I recently came across a patch for [restoring] save games under XP - it's here should anyone finds they need it on their system.

Yup, it's a gem of a game. There are a few awkward puzzles, but overall I loved this game -- it had a lot of heart and was a lot fun, delightfully wacky. Loved the art design and soundtrack, too. It's a shame the planned sequels never got developed.

Even though I never played the game, I love listening to the music CD because it always puts a smile on my face.

Wow, good to know it still runs on modern machines.

I still have to play it sometime. I already bought it a year ago on Ebay.

My problem is that I have too many games sitting on that shelf, and too little time on my hands.

Yes, I played this a few weeks ago on XP having only discovered it very recently and it ran fine.

Really enjoyable game and very satisfying solving the puzzles.

Anyone who clayms they don't like this game has no sense of humour.

That's so true :-/ I have 26 unplayed games on the shelf. Not to speak of all the games I would love to replay....... :-?

Well, one could have more serious problems.

i love this game! the humour and the art is what makes it one of my favourite games. i love these kind of stylized worlds. and that cutscene of the monster chasing you was brilliant! one of my favourite movie clips in an adventure game.

Deleted UserPardon me, I'd just like to add a whole-hearted YES! to this thread. This game is firmly entrenched in my top-10.
