I would pick Stooge, InlandAZ, MichalN, Monkeybone I think.
Think that they would get along fairly well in an adventure. Would hate to be in an adventure and have my party have infighting all the time.
It would be different and fun to have all of them debating over which way to go as I wander off into the distance as they are still standing there defending the logic of their choices.
They would take their time figuring things out and probably would brighten the adventure with their remarks and humor.
Second question I cannot answer. Has nothing to do with what they look like, really could care less but that question requires some sort of spark to ignite so pass on that one.
