I guess this news and the official press release will turn up on the main page soon, but in the meantime I don't think it'll hurt to announce that on this day (september the 6th) Himalaya Studios officially released Al Emmo and has started shipping the game to those who already placed an order.

I'd like to extend a thanks to all the people who've been helping us on the side, writing previews, reviews and walkthroughs for our game.

I'd like to extend an extra huge thanks to those people who already pre-ordered the game and we hope you'll be able to experience the full version of our game very soon.

Deleted UserIt’s been reported that for at least a week the file sharers, aka pirates, have been robbing ‘Himalaya Studios’ of their VERY well deserved income.

What a disgraceful and disgusting scandal, particularly after they posted 2 excellent freeware games for everybody to enjoy gratis, and have now sunk quite a bit of personal cash into the excellent production of Al Emmo.

     Shame upon those scum !

I haven’t the faintest idea how these piracy scams work, but I understand that they are very widespread and that there is nothing really that can be done to halt this corruption !!

At least, AFAIK, they didn’t upload their filth BEFORE the game was officially released… which has often been done previously to my absolute knowledge, annoyance  and even sometimes personal ‘inconvenience’ !

Hopefully most [if not all] people who are interested have/will support Himalaya by buying the game. It is indeed damned annoying!

Again congrats to Leng & Tally Ho and the folks at Spyglass:

"By the way, here are two great walkthroughs for the game if you haven't found them already:

This one was created with love by Len Green and Tally Ho and is available at Just Adventure. A must read if you need help:

http://www.justadventure.com/Walkthroughs/TallyHo/Walkthroughs/Al%20Emmo/alemmo.htm

And this one is the official guide created by Tami over at Spyglass Guides. She has exculsive material, such as "the making of" story, an Easter Eggs list, and concept art. She did an incredible job:

Enjoy
