the reason why you're not receiving that email is because there is currently a problem with ja's mail server, which will hopefully be resolved soon... in the meantime, i could reset your password if you wish and email you a new one so that you can access your profile

i could do that too, but if i changed the passwd, then she may not be able to logon to read the pm
