Hey there, everyone! I'm back again to ask for more help from my fellow adventurers!

I'm currently working on brazilian portuguese translation patches for adventure games, and I need to ask some simple questions in order to expand the number of translations my team will be able to create in the future.

It's easier for me to adapt translation patches that were already released in other countries, because I'm not that great in hacking games and stuff like that.

Since I know there are visitors at the JA+ Forum from all over ther world, my questions are directed specially towards them:

1) How do I say "translation patch" in your native language? ( this way, it will be easier for me to google search for translations already released)

2) Do you know any site where I may find some adventure game translations patches to download - in ANY language at all?

I already have some brazilian translation patches for adventure games at my forum

http://www.scummbr.kit.net/

(and don't worry, there are no illegal downloads there, ONLY demos, freeware and patches).

Thanks for your time!

The SCUMMVM forum has a few posts on translations. One that came up recently is http://forums.scummvm.org/viewtopic.php?t=1896. The author posted a link to a Greek translation site (http://www.greekroms.net).

Enrico (who'll be better know as Endroz) provides a Sierra SCI langauge translation tool and also links to a site offering Italian translations (http://www.pollodigomma.net).

Good luck!

You can contact these guys: http://www.oldgamesitalia.com/
They're doing Italian translations of games, and they're pretty good at it. Perhaps they can be of some assistance.

Do you like classic adventure games? Check out Diamonds in the Rough!

Thanks, guys! Those links really helped quite a lot!

If anyone else knows about more adventure game translation sites out there, keep posting!
