Ill wager that you might be using Microsoft's Internet Explorer.

Status : Offline | There's no IE on this box, SW. I was using Safari and could leap and duck just fine. When I switched over to Firefox, the response time was too slow, and I got caught right away.

I tried Firefox again and was able to make Horace leap and duck okay this time, but I still didn't get a score at the end. I'm thinking that my version of Flash may need an update.
