Has anyone played this game and if so, did you enjoy it? Is it a kids game??
Thanks for any info!

I played it.  Not an adventure game.  It wasn't bad, as action adventure games go, if I recall correctly.  The wors parts were sections where you had to shoot moving objects with some sort of weapon, I gave up on the game during one of those sequences that was just too damn hard.  But parts of it were reasonably fun.

Thanks for responding. Was it a point and click, or do you use the keyboards. I have never played anything but adventure games, so i do not know how the others play.

Hi Sandy!

This game plays very much like the Harry Potter Series does.  Utilizing both mouse and keyboard. There is a nice tutorial built into the opening sequence of the game. If you like you can click on this link over here to take a further look at my thoughts on the game. Click Me

I played the demo, and didn't like it at all. The controls were so slopy I ended up dying every ten seconds. I am a huge fan of the movie, but the game's just not cutting in =/

I played it and loved it.  It's keyboard and mouse control.  Great characterization, narration.  The controls are a little tough as they often are with Action/Adventure but it's a great fun game.

If you try the demo for Lemony Snicket and it seems too easy, don't be fooled. It gets harder as you go along. The demo is really the trainer for the first 2 levels.
Yes it plays a lot like the Harry Potter games but there are several places where you can get stuck or beaten by the bad guys. That's why it's not quite an adventure game, even though there are many "adventurous" parts to it.
The game is about children, but it's not really a kids game, adults can enjoy it too.
Here's a hint for the jumping puzzles that happen quite often: aim the guy's (or girl's) head right to the spot where they have to jump, then hit the right mouse button to jump them. If you aim their feet they will miss the jump.
I liked the game and I hope you do too.
