We were recently talking about your game in the Other Games section (granted, not in detail).

Again, we didn't discuss it in length, but it was all good.

I guess I'll post back here for future auditions. Unless some higher-up is particularly annoyed at me and would rather I didn't. I like to be exploitive, but in a polite way.

Actually, I have thought about doing some voice over auditions. It's been a while but in college, the drama professor kept trying to encourage me to do something in acting. Was far more interested in computer stuff then but it has always been at the back of my mind.

When my casual game(s) are ready, I think I'll be making announcements in the Other Games section instead of this one.
Val - Technically, would that be correct? I view this Advertising section as for something other than games. Yes? No? And since Erik's game is is somewhat AG-related, could it have gone into the AG section or do you think it doesn't have enough AG elements to qualify? I have a hard time with this because puzzle games fit between Other Games and AGs. Pandora's Box is a good example - of which I think DROD shares that category. :-/ Seems to be a gray area.

I'm not sure - I guess it did broke the puzzling and felt like it was there to spice up the gameplay. The first DROD was in-your-face terrific puzzles whereas in the second one there was also this slow build-up story which, in the end, doesn't add that much to the gameplay. Then again, maybe it's just the story that didn't work for me.
Mind you, it's still one of the very best puzzlers out there. I think you should target this to the casual scene (line up with portals, etc) to make the most out of it - there's a huge potential here!
