Hello There!

I remember when tattoos were an oddity as far back as 1980, on both men and women.

Personally, I really do not go out of my way to look upon tattoo's as something to be estigmatized.

However, as far as men and particularly women are concerned, I do have a particula bias.

NO TATTOO'S

Why!

I consider that the human body, particularly the female human body, it is already a work of art.

The flowing lines, the hollows and ondulations of the muscles, the curvature of the flesh, the tonal pigmentation, the delightful play of light on clear and healthy skin are all lost with the addition of a tattoo.

As Sir Dave put it.  Many young women are putting tattoos in their upper butt/lower back.

To me, this is an area of enormeous erotic, sensual, and spiritual pleasure, at least for me, and just about any classical artist or illustrator who delights in elevating the female form into heights approaching nothing less than an olympian goddess through either paintings or digital artwork.

Ever gazed at work by Boris Vallejo, or his wife Julie Bell.  How about work by Clyde Caldwell, Keith Parkinson, even Larry Elmore.

Their heroines are the epitome of human perfection, and erotic aspirations and dreams.  All sans tattoo's.

I have met a few women, who displayed to me with enormeous pride their tattoo's.  The choice of doing so was theirs, and though it may not detract from their femeninity.  It certainly detracts from my desire for them.  I did say that I was indeed biased.

A woman, healthy, in shape, with a good set of genes, to me can be one of the most delightful reminders of why is it that I find the female form so desirable, beautiful, and satisfying.   My choice.

Those women who get tattoo's is also their choice.  But not in my camp!

To each their own, but I wonder for everyone of those who do not regret it, how many other do regret it afterwards?

I insist you write something nice like this every month.  Perks me up no end it does, hearing a man praise womanhood.  Small of the back eh?  That's definitely one area I never thought men thought about.

What then is the general male reaction here to young girls flaunting their g-strings above their hipster pants?  What about visible bra straps?  Go on, I'd love to know how much of modern women's dress standards hits the mark.
not that I intend to follow any of it you understand, just curious).

(I've heard that particular phenomenon is called a "whale tail" which - I think - is really quite funny.... except when my hubby is staring at it.)

Hello There!

Well Caroline.   No!  They do not hit the mark.

A long time ago.........................

In a life far, far away.........................

I used to titilate at Playboy, and Penthouse.   [smiley=devil_smiley_grintail.gif]

No more...............

Why!

I grew, and matured out of them.

Sometimes I  rent porn, but I try to get high quality ones.   [smiley=angel_smiley.gif]

Or films where the erotism is not in the sex alone, but the scenery, and scene set up!

One of my favorite erotic scenes in a film is the one shown in Fatal Attraction, when Michael Douglas is watching his screen wife Ann Archer, getting ready to go out while she is seated in front of her bedroom makeup mirror in nothing but her underwear.  Watching her in that scene is to me one of the most erotic, sensual and unforgettable moments of female appreciation I have ever witnessed.

When I finally get married, my wife will have to have a liking for garter belts, stockings, high heel shoes, and bustier, and if she wears it just to put on makeup.  Fantastic!  [smiley=slurp.gif]

Call me a dog, but I do have certain fetishes and needs, and most of these run around making the female look as gloriously and sensual as possible Caroline.

Oh! Yes!  Kate Beckinsale and that super tight rubber costume just make me melt!

That one rrrrrrrrreeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaallllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllyyyyyyyyyyyyyy hits the mark!  [smiley=love.gif]

Oh.......  Yesss..........  My Goddess.................  I have been bad..................   Very, Very Bad..............

I need to be re-educated...............    Punishement is needed..................  Re-Assesment of your domination is expected and desired...........................

Did I just drift.........................   [smiley=shocked.gif]

Hello There!

Show ourselves out.  Well.

I guess you can pretty much sum up that I have certain needs.

Problem is that it often is difficult to find someone to share them with.

But as you can see, besides the fetish likes, I also dislike tattoos since it obscures that object of desire.

The female form in all of its glorious contours and subtleties.   Shame so many women seem to overlook this.

And believe that a "tattoo"  is a pass into liberation and uniqueness.  When in truth they possess all they need to be unique and memorable.   Their bodies and most importantly, the mystique of their personality, if they care to share it and display it openly to men who may just find them fascinating all of themselves.

ShadowWalker,
I think it is only fair to point out that not every woman regards her body's sole purpose in life to be an object of desire for men.  Some women have tattoos because they like them.

I think it's important to have a relationship with the person inside the body, (the actual female person) not just with the body itself, (her breasts, buttocks, etc) if you understand my meaning.

As for fetishes.  Most men would appreciate a woman sweetly scented and deliciously wrapped and presented in fine lingerie..... but doesn't a fetish mean that something is absolutely essential for arousal?

I would think any woman would find it boring having to put the bustier on every single time.  I can see that she'd deliberately 'forget' to pack it for their round the world second honeymoon and enjoy a bit of liberation, not to mention peace and quiet. [smiley=devil_smiley_grintail.gif]

Surely everyone has fantasies that go unfulfilled.  Could you ever be happy with a woman who didn't have a figure suitable for a CatWoman suit?  What about if she did, but she simply didn't want to?    Maybe you'd simply have to make do with whatever was on offer.  What's that saying?  Any port in a storm?

Oh I understand about no rings at work.  I work in a food processing plant and no jewelry of any kind is permitted.

Doesn't stop me from wearing my ring when I'm not at work though . . .

That's because you're a girl.
Some men don't 'do' jewellry for any reason.  I don't care for bracelets on a man but a ring or two is okay, ditto a neck chain.  I don't think much of earrings though, although some young blokes really suit them.

um, I don't think it would be appropriate to post it online... some of the "tattoos" pictured on the site are not quite appropriate for those who are ... sensitive.   :-[

and yes... i got another tattoo... it's of a little man with a lawnmower.

Hello There!

No Caroline, I would never consider that to be the woman's primary concern.  However, you have to admit that when a woman, who is single, and maintains herself in reasonably good shape, (if she has it, great; if not at least exercises some of the time to keep a good body tone), shows a woman who has some pride on how she carries her life.    And as far as some women liking tattoos and getting them because they do.  Fine too, no problems or bias that they are less than the person that they make themselves out to be by their actions, and character.  However; as I said, not in my camp.

No problem there either Caroline, a relationship is definitively more than just sexual and sensual.  To me it can be going out for a walk, and sitting on the park bench just admiring a lake or other passersby without saying a word.

Or it can be sitting in a room and reading a book, while the other is in the room.  Just the fact that they are there, even if again; no words are exchanged.  It is the  presence of the person that is important.

Discussing the days events, listening to the small little things that might sound boring and commonplace  can and are very important in drawing two people together emotionally.

These and many other things make up a good relationship.  As long as you provide that sense of "we are together in everything".

Watching a tv program, cuddling together and holding each other close is fantastic for me!

Absolutely not.  That would mean that I would be more interested in the clothing than the woman herselp.  My fetishes are once in a while.

You did hit the nail on the head though!  After a mutual bath session.  Some perfume in strategic locations, with something to cover up the body and momentarily leave some wild desires to the imagination.

I would never expect her to wear it all the time.  Only on special occasions and with mutual consent. When both of us are in the mood, and only to spice things up! And no!  I would not have her with a bustier on our wedding night.  Agent Provocateur is what I really would look forward to.

The three most common tatoos in the US are
'celtic' or 'tribal' style designs
'chinese' or 'japanese' oriental letters
barbed wire

And most people who get THEM are trying to be unique.
