Status : Offline | Spoiler AlertI think the Baby is still in Susan. As for Baltar right at the end of last weeks epsiode he opened the letter that Roslin gave him to only open when she was dead.
It more or less said I don't trust you and think you'll be rubbish as President, but I hope that by being thrown in at the deep end your compassion will surface and you will learn to be a good leader. Or something like that.
Ghost Cylon in his head was ramping it up that Roslin didn't trust him and that he should do something about it.
So right at the end it switches to the Cylon he saved from the Pegasus who is now the leader of the resistance movement getting a delivery from Baltar. She opens it and stands back. It's the Nucleur Warhead that Adama gave Baltar to study earlier in the series.
Oh and Roslin in her flashbacks saw baltar with Number 6 before the attack.
Oh Medically all they showed was by adding the blood to a petrie dish of cancer cells and it killed the cancer. Something to do with the blood having no antigens. So they got a big syringe and got some fetal blood and injected it into Roslin. and Ta-DA instant cure.
