Just finished this one. On the whole, I agree with John Florez's review on JA+. A good game for hardcore puzzlers who enjoy pretty graphics, and can cope with wafer thin plots, a nonsense script and bad acting. Don't believe any reviews that tell you the puzzles are illogical or trial and error. They are logical, but some of them are very demanding and involve a lot of working out.

A solid 7 from me.

I love deadlines. I like the whooshing sound they make as they fly by.

I gave this one 5, I'm afraid.  I liked quite a bit about it - the game worlds - but I dislike sound puzzles and yes, the acting was SHOCKING.  The end game was ghastly but by then I was using the w/t anyway.

I definitely rank it above Crystal Key and other shockers but I found it to be as unsatisfying as Schizm I.   Hmmmm..... maybe I could have given it a 6.  I'm just looking at the box now...

This is an unabashed puzzle fest with the thinest of plots (Safecracker probably beats it).   The gong puzzle
was one of the best designed puzzles of its kind I think I've ever seen.  Very satisfying to complete.  Two
puzzles at the end were somewhat tedious, the inverted hanoi tower (but it was the first I'd seen like it and I
enjoyed it), and a timed random symbol matching puzzle that came close to being a game stopper for me.
I'm tempted to give it an 8 because of the gong puzzle.  But I give it a 7.
