I "actually" was going to logon a couple weeks ago and found that this upgrade was going on. Every couple days after that, I would try to logon and I would get a message saying that the forum was being upgraded. I was like, "what is taking so long?"
I kept doing this until today when I saw the new URL right above the login screen.

Status : Offline | Poll issues: I don't remember seeing any options about vote removal but I'll check. Also, I think someone told me that you put in an amount of time during poll creation. So, if it isn't change-able in the forum setting options, one could put in a long "remove vote" time. I'll check the settings and let y'all know...
