The only reason I mentioned it is because I already own the game. Seeing as many of the contestants probably already own it too, (like Bagman), I guess it doesn't really change anything if I pass it on.
So I guess there is no real need to do anything special. If I win, I will just accept the prize.
Besides, the version you are giving away is on DVD and sealed. Mine is open and on those lame CDROM things...
