What you need to do is take screenshot of a game, by pressing PrintScreen, usually.
This copies the screenshot into the clipboard, which you can then paste into Paint or some other graphics program (I use Paint Shop Pro myself) and save the picture as a jpeg.
Then you selct a part of the picture uing the select tool, and copy it, and paste it into a new file and save that. Voila! You now have a piece cut out of the screenshot.
Upload it to your web page and click on the Insert Image button when making a post in this forum. Replace the URL bit with your picture URL and that's it.
