Hello, I am Professor Hunt, and I am in search of the Agon. I just completed two arduous journeys, one to Lapland and the other to Madagascar. When I returned home, my dear wife, Dorothy, insisted I take a rest before my long voyage to Spain.
Since I am not one to sit idle for very long, I have brought a number of interesting books with me to read, but I also relish mental challenges and enjoy exploring new places. My dear friend, Smythe, knowing of my keen interest, told me about this astonishing place of games. After looking around, it appears that this will be a welcome respite from my travels.
This game event looks extremely challenging, and the rules are somewhat complex, but I believe this will give me the mental stimulation I need. Who knows? Perhaps I will discover another clue to help me in my search for the Agon.
(Now I must make a note to find out more about this seemingly sinister Halloween.)

I have heard some rumours about a Halloween trivia being started this week, and I am so glad I finally found it. Halloween is my favourite time of the year. I just love all the fun, candy and scarry stuff.
I have looked at the nice little pictures, and I am sure you are all having fun when you play these adventure games. I love fun, so I have decided to participate in the trivia. I hope my magic wand will help me to identify some of the games.

Status : Online | HEY! I'm known as THE BAGMAN. I am very old. Hey...I knew an Esmeralda once back in the 20's. What a hot dame!!!
And she was the same age I was! The last time I saw her was on Halloween night 1922. We spent a romantic evening at The Palladium on 126th Street listening and dancing to some Swing music. The best evening of my life. I said to myself..."This is the girl I'm going to marry!
I awoke at 7am. The sheets on the other side of the bed thrown back, her costume draped over it. No Esmeralda! I searched all over the city to no avail. My dream girl.....Gone!
To this day I never got over her. Never married and dreaming of the day I could find her and experience that level of passion again...even for a brief moment.

Status : Online | Uhh, I cannot believe it. Bagman, is that really you? It must be - there can be only one Bagman - my Bagman. After all these years we finally meet again. How I have longed for those moments we had back then. We where merely 20 years of age, and our future seemed so bright. I can hardly bear to think back on that night, where I had to leave you so suddenly. I never got any chance to explain, or even... no, it is so painful to think back at that terrible moment. I do not know if I can bear to talk about it here - in an open forum - where the whole world is watching - do you think that is appropriate? I must have some time. I must think this over. I need to be calm and clearheaded when I explain to you why there could be no future for us. You deserve that, my precious Bagman.

I roam to and fro across the lands of adventuredom in search of mystery and intrigue, seeking for the answers to the many strange riddles and enigmas that this realm holds, with no one but my trusty horse Slider as a companion.
So when I heard of this tourney, I knew I had found a challenge more worthy than anything I had faced before, and rode straight here. It seems I have arrived just in the nick of time.

Status : Online | Dearest Bagman, 103 is no age. We are still young. We could start over again and forget the past which has kept us apart. Of course I still love you, and I want nothing more than to be with you again.
I see that many other travelers have found their way to this fine trivia. The magic has captured them and drawn them to this place where they are all posting for the very first time, just like myself, and my Bagman. This is truly magical.
