Ok, it was #2.

http://mysterymanor.net/dracula2pg2.htm

6th row down, last column.

#2 had more area to cover and a better story.

I think both did, but #1 had more of them.

I don't recall them in #1.  I thought they danced around in the castle of #2.  Probably one of the best (and sexiest) animation sequences I had ever seen in an AG.

Not being a perv here, but it was a jaw-dropping moment.

.

Dracula: Resurrection was far better than the rather disappointing sequel.

I don't think you can have one without the other, but I voted for #2 because it was more challenging.  I could have done without the underwater sequence, however.

They were there in #1 also, Ivinia, and so were Mina's unnaturally perky parts.  That dress just had to be uncomfortable!

That was a hard one. I thought they were both great games.   This was one time that a sequil or game with the same name was made th way they should be.  With all the good points of the first and new ones added.

I have to agree with Jalex - it is a hard choice.  The atmosphere in both games were incredible and the characters were great.  Every animation sequence was stunning.  I'll never forget the beginning were Dracula was in the crate being pulled on a sled by his cronies.  That whole sequence gripped me from the start and I couldn't stop playing.

D1 is graphically superior, but extremelly easy and short.....I solve it in only 4 days.

D2 is more difficult, with harder puzzles.....I figured out around 15 days.

But my opinion is - None games are good ones.
While the first is a graphical "prima dona"...but no offers good challenges....D2 isn't in the same visual level..and show us those ridiculous giant bats

Deleted UserDracula 1 is the gaming equivalent of candy; gorgeous, easy, and short.

Dracula 2 not only is artificially lengthened by some obscure puzzles and timed sequences, but it had to go further by introducing silly-looking monsters. A gothic horror story about vampires is thus reduced to "And out of the shadows, there lunged. . . a MONSTER!"

Dracula 1 is a better game if you can pick it up cheap, but don't expect a great experience.

I liked Dracula 1 but didn't finish Dracula 2.  I'm pretty sure there were naked vampiresses in the first one.

I didn't vote because this is the same situation as with the Syberias.
raculas I+II are simply one game, divided in half and marketed separately.  Like the Syberias, these games should have been combined on a DVD; no one would be coming up with these entirely artificial divisions where one half of the game is judged independently of the other half.

I didn't feel they were one game in the way the Syberia's were. Dracula 2 had quite a few timed sequences in it. You could click forward and all of a sudden find yourself thrown into a timed sequence without any prior warning. So you had to remember to save all the time. Dracula 1 did not have this problem, which affected the way you played the game.

I liked Dracula 1 better for other reasons as well. It didn't have those silly-looking bat monsters that infected Dracula 2. The first time I met up with one I laughed so hard I didn't have a chance of getting past  the timed sequence. And there was too much time spent in the sewer in Dracula 2.

Dracula Resurrection, the first one is the one with the female vampires referred to.  They were dancing around as well as tumbling.  One of the best scenes in a game ever!!  Check out my review of the game here

I enjoyed both and think they played almost like one long game.
