Get Syberia. Jack Orlando is good but it can be frustrating because you can do wrong things at wrong times and not know it until you're completely stuck. It's still a good game and you should still get it, but Syberia is better, and you should get it first.
You should also get Feeble Files; it'll hurt your brain till you're dead.

| Deleted User | I had a few technical problems with Syberia. I have to reinstall the game a give it another try but overall I think it a good choice.
Have you played The Longest Journey yet. If no - you should. Great game. Beautiful story. I rarely give a game an A+ but TLJ is the exception to that rule.

Jack Orlando could never be compared to Syberia. Syberia is a masterpiece, the story draws you in like a hurricane.
It depends of course what you like. If you like illogical, mathematical puzzles where you have to take out notebooks and pens and start planning your way through puzzles scratching your head for hours then Syberia is not for you, and you probably should try myst-clones.
But if you are more interested in intriguing stories with well developed plots and interesting memorable characters then Syberia is the way to go! But in any case Syberia is much better than Jack Orlando. So go and spend you 16 pounds on e-bay. You will get your money's worth back!

Why spend 16 pounds (which is about $30right?) on eBay? Go to the store and buy it to directly support Microids and production of Syberia 2

Jack Orlando is OK but like stooge said it's very frustrating... and i'd recommend trying to find Gilbert Goodmate instead (always when it comes to newer advs!)
You have gotten the attention of the mysterious lady. She turns to face you. Her face is devoid of any flesh. You are frozen with horror as she begins ripping your body into a bloody mess.

thanks so much everyone, and a reply form site staff! * * im convinced and i will prob see how much it will cost in the shop, but ive asked them for adventure games before and they have never heard of them... "we have the new dukenukem game!, has loads of great puzzles in that." "no, dont worry about.thanks" *walks out of shop*
oh, and i have payed the longest journey- its a broken sword beater IMO. its my fav game ever and it made me want to cry knowing that my journey with april was over.
adventrue games like this will force the world to take computer games as an art form. its wasnt long ago that film wasnt taken seriously as an art, now years later im a film student. Now its the turn of computergames and adventure is the going to bring us in to that.

Its boring, there isn't any action at all. You walk around picking up things and using them with other items. You walk around and use the item on something. Walking around and talking to people is really lame, what about some shooting or something~APuddleduck&&
