and the Parasite Eves of course
a top 5 of the non-adv games i've played the most, in order of "hours a day" and duration thru time is:
1. Kick Off 2 2. Parasite Eve 1 & 2 3. Moon Cresta 4. Phantasie III 5. Football Director
i still play the first 3... i haven't played 4 and 5 since a long time, but when i played them i was totally overwhelmed by them, playing them for months w/o touching anything else!
You have gotten the attention of the mysterious lady. She turns to face you. Her face is devoid of any flesh. You are frozen with horror as she begins ripping your body into a bloody mess.

Fallout Just like Wasteland, a game I enjoyed like nothing else. Like Old Wise Stooge said: POSTAPOCALYPSEINYOURFACECOOLNESS. 3. System Shock I still remember every corner of the first level just as if I played it yesterday. 4. Planescape: Torment Can't describe it with words, this game took me by surprise. Best storytelling and deepest characters I've ever seen. 5. Out Of This World I like sci-fi, does it show?
Very special mentions to Betrayal At Krondor (right up with Torment for the best writing ever in a game) and Ultima VII.

Personally, I like to vary genres a bit and find that a full diet of only point-and-click adventures makes me skinny and grouchy :-X
(ARGH... did she really say that????)
