Nope, the movie I'm looking for is much darker in tone and theme.

Aah, "From Hell", with also always very delicious Johnny Depp!
New one:
"Sweet? Where do you get off? Where do you get sweet? I am dark and mysterious, and I am pissed off! I could be very dangerous to all of you! And you should know that about me... I am the enemy!"

New quote:

Okay, here's a quote from something I just watched recently (kind of a hint):
"...You're the one soul I would come up here to collect myself..."

I'm guessing, Constantine?
If so, here's a new one:
- 'What are you studying up there?' - 'Oh, the usual. Nebulae, quasars, pulsars, stuff like that. What are you writing?' - 'The usual. Nouns, adverbs, adjective here and there.'

Have conversations with people whose clothes are not color coordinated. Make love in a hammock! Life is the ultimate experience, and you have to live it to write about it.

Status : Offline | Aha, as opposed to some 90's road movies where the object was to get some at the start, the middle and the end. Gross-out comedy, it's an 'underrated' genre.
But anyway, don't know this movie. Which one is it? Is it worth checking out?
I'll give you a new one:
"But what it does to the mind? It tosses the sandbags overboard so the balloon can soar. Suddenly I'm above the ordinary. I'm competent. I'm walking a tightrope over Niagara Falls. I'm one of the great ones. I'm Michaelangelo, molding the beard of Moses. I'm Van Gogh painting pure sunlight. I'm Horowitz, playing the Emperor Concerto. I'm John Barrymore before movies got him by the throat. I'm Jesse James and his two brothers, all three of them. I'm Shakespeare. And out there it's not Third Avenue any longer, it's the Nile. Nat, it's the Nile and down it moves the barge of Cleopatra."
